General Terms and Conditions of Sale

You have just connected to the website www.yac-shop.com, owned by YAC SHOP.
Please read these terms carefully, as they constitute the contract governing the general conditions for purchasing products and services from YAC SHOP’s online store.

By clicking on “Confirm Order” after completing your order form, you provide your final and binding acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Accordingly, you may only place an order if you fully accept the provisions set out below.

1. Preamble

All transactions carried out on YAC SHOP’s online catalog are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order placed on the site implies the customer’s full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

2. Purpose

This contract is a distance selling agreement that defines the rights and obligations of both parties within the framework of product sales by YAC SHOP via the Internet, through the platform www.yac-shop.com.

3. Definitions

• Distance Contract: Any agreement regarding goods or services concluded remotely between YAC SHOP and a consumer via the Internet, up to and including the conclusion of the contract itself.
• Consumer: Any natural person purchasing for purposes outside their professional activity.
• Order Form: The electronic document specifying the details of the ordered products, validated by “double click.”
• Order: The commitment of the consumer to purchase products and of YAC SHOP to deliver them.

4. Products

All products displayed in the catalog are available while stocks last.
YAC SHOP reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalog at any time, without prior notice, and cannot be held liable for any incompatibility of the purchased product with the customer’s existing equipment.

5. Placing an Order

• After selecting the product, click the “Order” button to add it to your shopping cart.
• You may modify your cart or continue shopping at any time.
• To confirm your purchase, click the “Pay” button.
• If an error occurs during data entry, you may request cancellation within 24 hours by email. After cancellation, a new order can be placed.

6. Prices

• Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), exclusive of tax.
• VAT is added based on the rate applicable on the order date.
• Any change in VAT will automatically apply to product prices.
• The final invoice is issued in Moroccan Dirhams.

7. Order Execution

• Orders are processed within a maximum of 7 days from the day following the order confirmation.
• If the product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and may:
  • Request a full refund within 30 days, or
  • Request an exchange for another available product.

8. Delivery

• Delivery is carried out by an external shipping provider, to the address specified on the order form.
• Customers must check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damage to both the carrier and YAC SHOP within 24 hours.
• Delivery costs are borne by the buyer and calculated based on product weight and the carrier’s rates.
• Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
• Delivery delays cannot give rise to compensation, cancellation, or refusal of goods.

9. Payment Methods

• Customers may choose from the payment methods available on YAC SHOP’s checkout page.
• Transactions are secured by the Moroccan Interbank Payment Center (CMI).
• Customers guarantee they have the necessary authorization to use their chosen payment method.
• In case of fraudulent card use, the relevant agreements between the consumer, YAC SHOP, and their banks shall apply.

10. Data Confidentiality

• Personal information collected is necessary for order processing and is treated confidentially.
• Customers may request correction or deletion of their data.
• Customers may receive promotional offers from YAC SHOP unless they expressly opt out.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, subject to the conditions of the chosen payment method.

12. Right of Withdrawal

• Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 days of delivery.
• A full refund will be provided, but return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
• Only products returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original sealed packaging will be refunded.

13. Warranty

• All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for at least one year from the invoice date.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence.
• If returned goods are found to be non-defective, handling and shipping fees may be charged.

14. Proof of Transactions

Data recorded by CMI on behalf of YAC SHOP constitutes legal proof of all financial transactions conducted between the parties.

15. Force Majeure

YAC SHOP shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if prevented by events of force majeure beyond its control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or network failures).
