This Omega 3 supplement provides fish oil naturally rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).

Suggested use

• Take 1 to 3 capsules per day,
• at the beginning of a meal, with a glass of water.
