For aromatic use, add a few drops of Sage essential oil to your personal diffuser or inhaler. For topical use, dilute Sage essential oil with a carrier oil such as sweet almond oil or coconut oil before applying to the skin. It is recommended to carry out a skin test beforehand and to avoid excessive exposure to the sun after application to the skin. For menstrual pain, dilute Sage essential oil in a carrier oil and massage gently onto the lower back and abdomen.
