Suggested use

• Hot drink:

1. Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha in a cup.
2. Add a little hot water (not boiling, around 70–80 °C) and whisk until smooth.
3. Top up with hot water or milk / plant-based drink for a matcha latte.

• Cooking:

1. Add matcha powder to cakes, cookies, creams, smoothies or other recipes for color and flavour.
