This Clearspring organic Japanese matcha is a premium-grade green tea powder, ideal for both drinking and cooking. It is made from carefully selected green tea leaves, shade-grown before harvest and then finely stone-ground into a vibrant green powder.
Matcha is appreciated for its unique vegetal and slightly umami taste, as well as its natural richness in antioxidants. It offers a gentle and sustained energy, making it a great alternative to coffee.
