Our pomegranate vinegar is made from fresh pomegranates picked when ripe and pressed to obtain their naturally sweet juice. This juice is then slowly fermented in high quality wooden barrels, using a traditional method which preserves all the nutritional qualities of the pomegranate. The pomegranate vinegar thus obtained is rich in antioxidants and amino acids, which makes it a great ally for your health. Its fruity and tangy taste goes perfectly with salads, grilled vegetables, white meats and fish. It is also delicious as a marinade or deglazing to give depth to your sauces.
