Sfouf (Arabic: سفوف), also called sellou (سلو) or slilou, is a dessert eaten in Morocco.

Very nutritious, it is prepared from toasted flour, mixed with roasted almonds, honey, sesame, melted butter, and other spices such as anise and fennel.

This dish is especially made during Ramadan because it helps to fast during the day, and also during festivals for weddings and births. It was also appreciated by pilgrims traveling to Mecca in caravans. Of Berber origin, its ancestor asselou consumed by the Almoravid sultans was prepared with wheat and honey.
